"Sorry not to have thanked you and your team earlier for your efforts on Monday. It was a five-star service! Everything went well, and your creativity and lightness of touch helped create just the right atmosphere for an excellent workshop. Thank you in particular for: getting the pictures of beach balls etc ready, having the room set up precisely to my request, being on hand for last minute requests (name badges, extra bits and pieces, taking photos and emailing them to me, printing off evaluation forms). Diana even helped me carry my bag to the room at the start of the day. What with all the mini-bars dotted around, you are better than most hotels!
I was really, really pleased, and can’t wait to come back. Big thanks to Diana for all her help.

Wallacespace recently hosted the judging for the 2010 PR Week awards http://www.prweekawards.com/ and this afternoon we received this lovely feedback email from the organiser, David:

"When organising an event for colleagues you are faced with the toughest audience: you know their little likes and dislikes and you're desperate to impress. Having previously worked at Wallacespace, however, I knew that this is the place to calm my nerves for my new colleagues. And they didn't let me down: all of our tiny requests were met and surpassed - from last minute glitter wigs to an array of AV specifications and fabulous food in the candlelit cafe. I just wanted to send you a somewhat belated note to say many thanks for making our evening workshop on Thursday 24th, at Euston, such a smooth and pleasant experience!
It all went really well, and all the delegates commented on the lovely feel of the place (as well as the excellent catering)! As a couple of them are training or marketing managers in large companies and weren’t previously aware of Wallacespace, I do hope you also get some repeat business out of it.
And, of course, Pilar and I are planning to run our future ‘Power and Focus’ workshops in Wallacespace too. At the moment, we’re negotiating with a large staff wellbeing company who will hopefully take these on, and market them for us.
Thank you also for giving us a bigger room at no extra cost and for staying behind to make sure everything ran OK.
