The weather has taken a turn for the damp and Sir Cliff is dusting off his brolly...it can only mean Wimbledon is around the corner. We'll be showing the tennis on our giant plasma screens and don't forget to ask about our 'Pimms o'clock' bolt ons; why finish your day in a noisy, busy pub, when you can wind down and debrief in front of the tennis with a glass and a nibble in our comfortable kitchen spaces?

On Saturday team wallacespace headed down to Kent en masse, to learn the art of clay pigeon shooting, followed by some slap up grub at the Chequers Pub in Deal.
A great time was had by all, even if some people proved to be a better shot than others! (we mention no names...)
'Legend-of-the-Day' award goes to our instructor Barry, who managed to get even the least sharp-shooting amongst us to actually hit something.

So, yesterday was a day of cake... It was Client Manager Gabi's birthday and everyone outdid themselves in the baking stakes the night before. We had difficulty choosing a winner but good times indeed while deciding.
Mary Berry would be proud.
