As a facilitator I appreciate the ease of the technology, the moveable flip charts (venues that fix them to the wall have never facilitated a meeting or workshop!), the fabulous food, snacks, drinks and general friendly and welcoming atmosphere which means my participants get on with the work and don’t worry about how awful the food is etc. I can honestly say that if I was a consultant on a group coming up with the perfect training venue from the point of view of the facilitator your model would be the one I used.
