Can-do and Do-do!

Some more fantastic feedback, this time from the Australian company Pollinate www.pollinate.com.au:

"Delivery to expectations: way over my expectations. After 4 other markets, including some very expensive New York loft style SoHo apartment space, it is quite clear that Wallace Space can be relied upon to deliver everything you promise, on time and to a professional level that sets the bar in my opinion, for the industry on a global scale.
Client service: you have been exceptional in terms of your ‘can-do’ and your constant friendliness, smile and enthusiasm. I have not been an easy client, this has not been a project that has been at all ‘smooth’ and we only managed to confirm our booking days prior to arrival but you have been unfazed and only provided me with solutions from day 1. Big thank you.
Team: special thanks to ‘Joe the It man’ for his ‘can-do’ as well – in terms of IT and AV I appreciate how hard it is to make things work, especially with little or no notice and when you are using someone else’s equipment. Clearly Joe is cut from the same excellent client service cloth as you Anna – please pass on my thanks to Joe. Also Emma and in fact all of the team from office manager lady, your colleagues through to the café guys, all a delight to work with.
So, finally a thank you for allowing me loiter for days in the café and for feeding me – an unexpected extra pleasure!
I hope I get the opportunity to work with you all again and I’ll certainly be recommending you to everyone I know.
